A 14.5 km run with Kelly on Saturday morning. I wanted to run a little further than last weekend but was hesitant since my knee hurt the next day. It was an awesome run, and I felt good.
Shakin’ shoulders workout from For the Love of Kale. It had my shoulders pretty tired by the last set!
Cleaning, some groceries, and more cleaning.
Make Harry sweet potato treats.
Bake Blueberry Walnut Banana Bread from the Daily Garnish.
Visit with my parents and play some soccer with my cutest two-year-old niece.
Strong bike ride on the trainer early Sunday morning. Without a sore knee!
Watch husband do some yard work while enjoying the warm sun.
Bake Black Forest Brownies from Peas and Thank You.
Go for a walk in the river valley with the fam!
Eat a delicious dinner of grilled kabobs.
